Release time:2024-04-04 14:52:00

AGV car operation instructions:
Before getting familiar with using AGV cars, please remember the following precautions:
1. Before starting the AGV car, please pay attention to whether the car is in the middle of the guide wire. If the position is incorrect, please turn off the power of the car and push it to the middle of the guide wire before starting the car. The car is divided into front and rear, with the LCD screen installed at the front and the other side at the rear. When starting the car, it must ensure that both the front and rear are online, that is, the guide wire is in the middle of the front and rear, with a left and right deviation of plus or minus 10CM. After starting the car, it will automatically adjust the front and rear to ensure they are in the optimal position.
2. Before starting the AGV car, please check if the red emergency stop button at the top of the car is pressed. If in a tight stop state, please rotate the tight stop button to pop it out.
3. Rotate the key on the roof of the car to start the power supply. If you hear a short beep and a blue welcome screen appears on the LCD screen, it indicates that the car has started successfully. If you hear a long beep, it indicates that the car is not starting properly. Please turn the key back to its original position, turn off the car power, and wait for 5 seconds to restart the car until it is successfully started. If the startup is unsuccessful for more than 3 consecutive times, please charge the car as soon as possible.
4. After the AGV car starts normally, the two yellow stop lights briefly light up for 3 seconds and then turn off. A blue welcome interface appears on the LCD screen, and the car enters the internal system self check process. After a brief self check, the car enters normal operation mode and waits for the operator to proceed with the next operation.
5. The lead-acid battery inside the AGV car can support continuous operation for 6 hours. If there are frequent failures in reading address cards or starting the car from a stopped state during normal operation, please charge the car as soon as possible and ensure a charging time of 8 hours.
6. When charging the AGV car, it is necessary to press the emergency stop button and turn the key switch counterclockwise to turn off the car power. Connect the charger power plug to the power source, insert the charger charging plug into the charging socket at the rear of the car, and turn on the charger power. The green charging light on the top of the car is on, indicating that the charging process is normal. Check the status of each knob on the charger. The charging voltage must be selected as 24V, and the charging current must be rotated clockwise to the maximum position. After charging for 8 hours, please check the ammeter pointer reading on the charger. When the pointer reading is less than 1A, it indicates that the charging process is nearing completion and the charger can be unplugged.
7. When the AGV car is running, if there is an abnormal situation and the car derails, please manually press the "Cancel" button to emergency stop or press the emergency stop button to turn off the power supply of the car. After turning off the power to the car, push the car back onto the guide track and run it again. The interior of the car provides a derailment protection circuit. When the car leaves the track and runs for 2 seconds, it automatically stops running. Similarly, it is necessary to turn off the power of the car and push it back to the track for operation.
8. Due to limited space and complex maps, the speed of the car should be in 1st and 2nd gear as much as possible! When the AGV car is running in a turn, please ensure that the speed is in first gear; The speed of the car must also be in first gear before parking and when starting from a parked state. When running in a straight line, you can choose 2nd gear and try not to use 3rd or 4th gear.
9. The path input table supports a maximum of 27 paths. When entering a path on the car screen, the page can be flipped through the PAGE UP and PAGE OFF buttons. The current page number will appear at the top of the screen.
The AGV car can be set remotely by a computer or manually by the car.
